On average, you might expect it to last around 6-8 weeks, but this can be very based on this factors - Reed quantity, room size and environmental factors. Regularly rotating the reeds and placing the diffuser in a strategic location (away from direct sunlight and drafts) can help extend its lifespan.

How do I properly burn a scented candle?

Properly burning scented candles involves trimming the wick, ensuring a full wax pool on the first burn, and limiting each session to 2-4 hours. Keep candles away from drafts, use a snuffer for safe extinguishing, and consider smaller spaces for intensified fragrance. Store candles in a cool, dark place and ensure the last burn reaches the edges for maximum use. These practices contribute to a safer and more delightful scented candle experience.

How many reeds can I use for my reed diffuser?

The number of reeds to use in a reed diffuser depends on several factors, including the size of the diffuser bottle, the thickness of the reeds, and your personal preference for fragrance intensity. However, a common recommendation is to start with around 8 to 12 reeds for a standard 100ml-sized diffuser bottle.

What's the recommended burn time for scented candles?

The recommended burn time for scented candles is typically 2 to 4 hours per session. Keeping burn sessions within this time frame helps prevent issues like tunneling and ensures and ensures an even distribution of the fragrance. It also contributes to the overall longevity of the candle. Avoid burning a scented candle for more than 4 hours continuously to prevent overheating and potential safety hazards.

Has my order been successfully placed?

Upon placing your order, you'll typically notice an immediate debit from your account for the purchase amount. The payment reference usually includes your order number. If there's any uncertainty, here's what to consider:

Can I return my products?
